Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Online@WorldTreeAG.com with an image of product as well the QR code on the package.

QR Code

Somewhere on the package of all World Tree Agriculture package is a QR code that details the growing history of the order. To process a  refund or exchange we request that you provide a clear photograph of this QR code on any email sent to us so we can identify the problem and ensure it does not happen again.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you suspect the product is damaged please make a record of the damage and the product QR code.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept return of damaged food items. We advise a record is created of the damaged food item is disposed of. The record should be sent to us along with the food product QR code so we can process your refund.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
